Sunetaa offers hand-stitched & printed apparel and lifestyle products created by socially and economically unprivileged women from across India.

Sunetaa products offer modern as well as western designs, all reasonably priced. Proceeds from sales help these women help themselves – Sunetaa's mission is to encourage women from less privileged backgrounds to acquire new skills; to give them the self-confidence and self-esteem required to earn by their own industry and initiative, and to enable them to carry this newly discovered skill and confidence into the wider world. Sunetaa understands the struggles that few underprivileged sections of society go through and focus on uplifting and empowering them.

As a brand, Sunetaa's products constitute ladies' ethnic wear sarees, Kurtis, kurta-sets, wester wear tops, and hand-crafted products.

Sunetaa has been identified as a promising means of providing a livelihood for underprivileged women. Sunetaa has made a significant contribution to the lives of the women working with it, which has helped improve their economic as well as social status.

It continues its march towards fulfilling its vision of being a brand that symbolizes empowerment of rural and semi-urban women while recognizing and promoting equal rights & opportunities to underprivileged women with fewer rights, lower education, health status, less access to resources. Breaking gender roles socially constructed that are oppressive & need social transformation.

From the Founders Desk

It was 2014 and I had recently switched from being a Registered Medical Doctor to a Private Practitioner.

I have always felt very strongly about how women should be financially & socially independent and wanted to do something for those women who don’t have an opportunity like us to progress on an economical front," With the pandemic and so much social & economical unrest, I saw underprivileged women around me that needed employment and did not have a source of living.

“During my 4 years tenure as the Founder of Adinath Fashion, I have gained vast experience in administration and management of an organization. I have seen the need for underprivileged women's who scrounge for minimalist works like listing, hand printing etc. and who lack the opportunity and social support but have the skill set and will to work .As a founder, i drafted an aim to uplift economically underprivileged women through skill development, employment, and job creation for women who have not had the chance to complete their formal education; a metamorphic change from facing social, economical and domestic abuse to an employed skilled worker.
